Richard was very quick to contact me after I finally decided to go through with the report but am frustrated that I have to pay and rate his work prior to seeing the report. The instructions on where to find the report are practically nill. (Note: this was a glitch at the Files section on the EC Project page. The report was later sent directly as an attachment to his email inbox. He was then unable to figure out how to change this reference message. RR)

Richard did a wonderful job with tracking down my Irish ancestors in Canada and Ireland. He also found some other cousins that came to the US that I did not know about before. His communications were courteous, professional and frequent. It was a real pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend Richard for any research job.

Absolutely fantastic researcher to work with. The completed report was full of information that was new to my family and extended our ancestry back to Ireland, something we have been wanting to do for a number of years and may never have accomplished without Richard. He kept in touch throughout the process, keeping me updated on his progress, and asking any questions needed. The results surpassed even my greatest expectations.

Richard's report was eloquent, thorough and detailed. We were very impressed with his work and the efforts he made to give us a meaningful understanding of our relative's lives and history. We have long wondered whether the stories that we had been told were true and now we know the amazing story of our relatives. Richard has been a wonderful blessing to our family and we plan to highly recommend him to others.

Although this request seemed fairly easy, it turned out to be quite the project. Mr Ripley kept in constant contact via email. Through his persisant I believe we have found the lineage I have been looking for, for several years. Please be aware that genealogy is not an easy task. If you are looking for someone to guide you in the right direction, Mr Ripley is the expert you are looking for. I would highly recommend him for the hardest of projects or even the simplest. He believes in getting it done and getting it done right.

He continuously provided updates and gave a great deal of consideration to unproven verbal histories I provided. He went above and beyond to verify his work and to either prove or disprove the information I contributed. Now, I can finally take a "breather" and be satisfied with where I'm at with my maternal lineage.

I'm immensely satisfied with the relationship I have had with Mr. Ripley during the period of his research on my behalf. He was thorough, complete, and utterly professional. I had not engaged professional help before and was somewhat unsure how the process would go. I am absolutely astonished at the speed, depth and accuracy of the research I've received on my challenging project from Richard Ripley. I went from a state of complete frustration to closure in a short period of days, enabling me to make plans to visit the sites of my Irish ancestors on a fast-approaching family trip. I highly recommend Mr. Ripley if his skills and specialization areas match yours.

Richard Ripley is an ardent researcher. He started work immediately and responded almost instantaneously to to my queries and concerns. Ours was an excellent collaboration. I am very well pleased with his report and look forward to working with him again. I am certain that he spent many hours more than he actually bid on the project so I think that in addition to getting the information I wanted he is a bargain too. He found in about 2 days information that I and my cousin before me have probably spent 30 years trying to find. Cudos to Richard.

Mr Ripley took the input given and under very modest budget limitations gave his opinion as to the parentage of my great grandfather JH Mulcahy and located the home place in Ireland of his Irish roots.
